The neuter ordinal numbers never end in -j. It should be “szóste” instead of “szóstej”, “piętnaste” instead of “piętnastej”. The pronunciations are also incorrect. The forms you gave are actually feminine dative/locative forms. There’s also a misspelling “trzyastej” should be “trzynaste” (and ‘n’ is missing in the middle).

You should also state which form is for which gender, because the order (feminine, masculine, neuter) differs from the order used previously for the cardinals ‘one’ and ‘two’).

Also, there are some alternatives for the fractions that aren’t there: ‘półtora’ is only the masculine/neuter form, whereas the feminine is ‘półtorej’ (for example, ‘half of an apple’ would be ‘półtora jabłka’, whereas ‘half of a pear’ would be ‘półtorej gruszki’). Then there’s also ‘jeden i pół’ that means the same thing as ‘półtora’ and ‘jedna i pół’ that means the same as ‘półtorej’. Those forms are however somewhat more rare than ‘półtorej’ and ‘półtora’.

The forms ‘trzysetny’ for ‘300th’ and ‘czterysetny’ for ‘400th’ are formally incorrect, but are used as often as the ones you have given (according to Google Search results) or way more often (in my opinion).

There are some mistakes.
It should be “ćwierć” [not cwierć],
“one and half” in fact is “półtora” but we also say just “jeden i pół”

In English version it should be “five eights”, not just “eights”.
